white chocolate cupcakes with raspberry frosting

Tonight I had a craving for something buttery, which culminated in the baking of these cupcakes.

At 11pm on a school night, that's some craving. I really should have  given in earlier.

Anyway, I digress. With half the batch polished off, I can confirm they are deliciously good. Health-nut husband has already devoured three, which trust me, speaks volumes for their yumminess.
